24/7 Virtual Reference: This product provides reference service using the Internet to chat and co-browse and/or push web pages. Through it library reference is available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. Trained academic reference librarians and library students provide the service.

Docutek, an e-learning collaboration and communications company, and Virtual Library Solutions have an agreement to cross-sell products and services. Docutek is offering 24/7 online virtual librarian assistance. Docutek also has an agreement with Proficient Systems to use technology that provides capacity for full co-browsing.

QuestionPoint is a collaborative and standalone reference service that allows libraries to respond to, track and manage reference questions from patrons via the Web. The QuestionPoint software is hosted by OCLC. With QuestionPoint libraries can provide web based submission forms, co-browsing, email based interaction and live chat to their patrons from any library webpage.
